Our Foreign film choice for this month is Camino A Marte.

Camino a Marte is a 2017 Mexican film directed by Humberto Hinojosa. The story follows Emilia, a young woman suffering from a terminal illness, who embarks on a journey with her best friend Violeta in Baja California. Along the way, they encounter Mark, an alien who claims to be on a mission to destroy the planet, viewing humanity and love as a virus. As they navigate their journey, Mark begins to doubt his mission and develops feelings for Emilia, leading to a poignant exploration of friendship, love, and existential themes.
