Silent Movie Showing - Santa Claus with a Sing Along

Join us for a delightful program presented by Richard Hughes!

Watch this charming silent movie with live piano accompaniment that takes you on Santa’s sleigh ride. Caught by surprise by two adorable children, Santa explains what the North Pole is like: polar bears, walruses, reindeer herds, Eskimos, Santa’s helpers and, of course, his magical sleigh. 

Please come for this special event!  After the movie, sing along to popular holiday songs with Richard at the piano.  Children are welcome with an adult.  

Richard Hughes is the film presenter and accompanist. As a boy, he got hooked on the Keystone comedies shown on public TV and, years later, he learned the “Mood Music” used to accompany silent movies.
