Come get silly with us as we explore the feel-good benefits of Laughter Yoga. Instructor Ellen Snoeyenbos will teach us breathing and laughter exercises guaranteed to lift our mood, reduce stress, and tickle our funny bones. For adults of all fitness levels. Don't be shy, give it a try!
Class length is approximately 45 minutes. We'll meet in our Meeting Room, but if it's nice out we might go outside.
