Program Description
A 4-week prenatal yoga series hosted by Maternal Wellness Group. Prenatal yoga is a form of gentle yoga that is designed to complement the growing needs of a pregnant body during all three trimesters. The focus is on restorative poses that keep you safe while practicing movement, stretching, deep breathing, and mental centering. All stages of pregnancy are welcome. Class is taught by Kimberly Welby, an experienced and passionate wellness practitioner who has been teaching Yoga, Meditation, Yogic Breath work, Sound Therapy and various types of movement disciplines for over 23 years.
