Come get silly with us as we explore the feel-good benefits of Laughter Yoga. Instructor Ellen Snoeyenbos will teach us breathing and laughter exercises guaranteed to lift our mood, reduce stress, and tickle our funny bones. For young and old, all ages welcome. Don't be shy, give it a try!

This is a drop-in program, class length is approximately 45 minutes. We will meet in our Meeting Room.
