Join us for a monthly wellness series designed to help you breathe, stretch, move, and relax through gentle movement and mindfulness practices. Each session blends mindful breathing, gentle stretching, slow movement, and guided meditation to release tension and restore balance. Through guided practices, you’ll cultivate relaxation and develop simple tools to support your well-being. Open to all experience levels—come as you are and leave feeling refreshed and renewed.
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one and wear comfortable clothing.
