Join us for a monthly wellness series designed to help you relax, recharge, and cultivate balance in your everyday life. Each session explores a variety of wellness practices, including gentle movement, guided meditation, stretching, stress management techniques, and more. Whether you're seeking tools for mindfulness, relaxation, or overall well-being, these sessions offer something for everyone. Open to all experience levels—come as you are and leave feeling refreshed and empowered.  

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one and wear comfortable clothing.
