Please come and enjoy an engaging Author talk by local author,  Kathleen Boluch.

Luck Struck: A True Story is set in1867 and is a book about a poor Boston street kid who put all his faith in luck, and luck struck.  Luck Struck was recently became a finalist in the international Page Turner Awards for historical fiction!!

Thomas Lawson was just a poor street kid from Charlestown who became the Gilded Age Copper King of State Street. Why did he build this tower in Scituate?
