Event Details
Take a break from school and de-stress with a yoga and mindfulness session for tweens and teens (6th-12th Grade). Teens will work on connecting mind, body, and breath. They will learn to slow down and bring themselves into the present moment, positively increasing attention, mental and physical health, self-awareness, and self-regulation. Participants will take home a stress relief kit after the class. Registration is required. The Friends of the Cohasset Library generously funds this free program.
